We have Site ED&I committees across TT: Group, Divisional, Site Who drive our ED&I Calendar events raising awareness on diversity groups as well as facilitating training/workshops focused on how to prevent bias. Our workforce is diverse and being a TT employee entails living by our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy which explains the expectations of treating each other with respect, tolerance, and dignity. Alongside our policy, we have a Transition Guide for managers and employees to support those transitioning, and an Allyship guide to explain what it means to be an Ally. TT Electronics supports many programs in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) disciplines, including initiatives that encourage more girls to study STEM subjects at school and more women to enter our industry.
