Director of Business Development
Steve brings over two decades of commercial business development experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. His expertise spans building and maintaining key relationships with industry giants such as Collins, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, GE Aerospace, and others.
Steve's journey in the industry began with significant roles in marketing and sales, eventually leading him to his current position at TT Electronics. As the Director of Business Development in the USA, he is responsible for driving product strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Engineering Director

Julian has over 35 years’ experience in the aerospace, defence and transportation sectors.
Initially specialising in thermal engineering, he has gained extensive experience in a wide range of engineering disciples, including power electronics, software design and control technology. Julian began his career at Matra Marconi Space (now Airbus) with subsequent roles including Head of Heat Transfer and Software at Alstom Power and Engineering Director at ITPAero.
In his current position at TT, Julian is Engineering Director for the group with responsibilities including product strategy and technology development.
